SGP / SWC MEDIA ACCREDITATION

The Media Accreditation Form for the first GP will be available approximately 4 weeks prior to the start of the Series. All other Media forms will be available approximately 3 weeks prior to each GP.

The forms must be submitted no later than 7 days before each event.

The submitted applications will be forwarded to the Press Office in charge of accreditation at each GP. Each journalist who has successfully applied for accreditation will receive a confirmation e-mail, this must be brought to the GP together with ID to receive accreditation.

Nicola Sands will be in overall charge of all aspects of the media accreditation in 2009 and will be available to arbitrate in the event of any disputes between individual journalists and the local Press Officer.

RADIO

ALL radio stations must apply directly to Nicola Sands at BSI for accreditation. All radio stations wanting accreditaition for any of the GP's or SWC events MUST have a signed contract with BSI and have paid a nominal rights fee.
