DISAPPOINTED to miss out on a top eight place last year but, not surprisingly, was awarded a wild card spot for 2010. Has now had two full seasons in the Grand Prix without securing automatic qualification but remains strongly tipped to become World Champion one day. Was voted the outstanding rider in the British domestic leagues in 2009, having led Wolverhampton to the league title, and needs to transfer that form to the international stage. No questioning his ability he perhaps needs a little more fire in his belly on occasions.
