HIS Grand Prix debut last year was the stuff of fairytales! Made his bow in Prague and won and added a second victory in Gothenburg a month later. Won again later in the year at Krsko, unbeaten in seven magnificent races. A star was born. Sayfutdinov was like a breath of fresh air in the Grand Prix, the first rider from Russia to participate, and to claim the bronze medal at the end of the season, losing the silver to Gollob in Bydgoszcz, was simply stunning.
