KK INTO POLISH SEMIS

Former SGP star Krzysztof Kasprzak stormed into the Polish Championship semi-finals after scoring 14 points to win his quarter final at Gniezno on Thursday.
KK triumphed ahead of Zielona Gora sensation Patryk Dudek, who scored 12.
Krzysztof Jablonski was third on 11 and was followed into the semis by Kacper Gomolski, Rafal Okoniewski, Adam Skornicki and Damian Adamczak. Karol Zabik took the reserve place.
Another ex-Grand Prix regular triumphed in the Krosno quarter final, as Janusz Kolodziej scored 14 points to pip World Under-21 champion Maciej Janowski, who bagged 13, to top spot.
Pawal Miesiac, Miroslaw Jablonski, Maciej Kuciapa, Jakub Jamrog and Artur Czaja also progressed, while Mariusz Fierlej claimed the reserve spot.
Grzegorz Walasek and Krzysztof Buczkowski headed the list of qualifiers from Krakow after tying on 13 points. Gorzow reserve Bartosz Zmarzlik, Robert Kosciecha, Tomasz Chrzanowski, Dawid Stachyra and Mariusz Staszewski also made the cut and Kamil Adamczewski picked up the reserve place.
The other semi-final in Lodz was won by Wolves racer Robert Miskowiak on 14 points. Czestochowa star Grzegorz Zengota was second on 13 and Torun’s Adrian Miedzinski was third with 12 points.
Polish Under-21 champion Piotr Pawlicki, Emil Pulczynski and Tomasz Gapinski all qualified on 11 and the last spot went to Michal Szczepaniak, who tallied 10. Lukasz Jankowski qualified as reserve.
The semi-finals take place on June 28 in Pila and Rawicz, with the final set for Zielona Gora on August 15.
