THJ SITS OUT

Monday 10th September 2012, 13:20
Peterborough will be without in-form reserve Tomas H Jonasson for their home meeting against Eastbourne tonight.
The FIM Scandinavian SGP wild card was taken to hospital with a foot injury after crashing in Wroclaw on Sunday evening.
Monday is a busy night with eight of the ten Elite League teams in action, but Panthers have been able to book Josh Auty as a guest replacement.
Auty has been in good form this season in the Premier League topping the averages for Scunthorpe and has often been a big scorer when doubling-up with Birmingham.
Panthers co-boss Jan Staechmann said: “We had a message from Tomas after the accident to say that currently he can’t put any weight on the foot, but thankfully nothing is broken.”
