About Us

LEARN MORE ABOUT OUR STORY AND MISSION

Dirt bikes and motorcycles are crazy cool vehicles, but they require a bit of know-how to use, especially if you are a new rider. Nonetheless, even if you are experienced, there is always something new worth learning in the world of these vehicles.

Speedway is a blog for you to do just that!

Our founder, William B. Adams, started Speedway to pass his biking tips and trips to his son, who was beginning to pick up after his father’s passion. But Speedway grew into something way bigger thanks to others’ love for dirt bikes and motorcycles.

Today, we share everything related to these vehicles, from how to use them as a beginner to how to repair them when necessary. We also review products, like vehicle parts and protective gear, so readers can purchase items that are strictly value-for-money.

Each member brings his/her own unique abilities and skills to the table, making us a strong and cohesive team. We pride ourselves on our knowledge of different types of motorcycles and equipment, as well as our ability to stay safe while riding.

But it is not just about the technical side! We also prioritize having fun and building relationships within the biker community. Whether we are hitting up local bike nights or taking longer trips together, there is nothing quite like the feeling of cruising down the highway with your fellow riders by your side. We believe that being a part of this team has enriched our lives in countless ways, and we are always looking forward to new adventures both on and off the road!

We take pride in our years of experience and expertise when it comes to bike riding. Our team has spent countless hours exploring various terrains and testing out different bikes and accessories, gaining valuable knowledge along the way that we are eager to share with our readers.

Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned pro, we have tips and insights that can help you take your cycling game to the next level. From selecting the right gear and maximizing your performance to staying safe on the road and enjoying the ride, we have got you covered. So buckle up (or rather, buckle on your helmet!), because with our experience by your side, there is no limit to where your bike can take you!

At Speedway, diversity and inclusivity in the team is not just a buzzword or trend, but a deeply-held belief that we actively strive for every day. We understand that having a team with different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives leads to more creativity, innovation, and ultimately better business results. We not only welcome differences in ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, and abilities but also actively seek them out.

By cultivating an environment where everyone feels valued and heard, we are able to work together towards common goals in a respectful and collaborative way. We believe that by embracing diversity and inclusivity within our team members will be able to grow personally and professionally while contributing to the greater good of the company as a whole.

How we got information

If you are wondering how we come up with our bike blog content, it is a mix of things. Firstly, we all have a genuine passion for cycling. Some of us are avid racers while others take a more leisurely approach to the sport, and so, a lot of our ideas and experiences come from our own rides. We also follow various cycling news outlets and social media accounts to keep up with the latest trends and events in the industry. Additionally, we frequently interview experts such as professional riders or mechanics to gain insights on topics ranging from bike maintenance to training techniques.

And lastly, we love engaging with our readers and often incorporate suggestions or questions they have asked into our content. It is all about staying current while still maintaining an authentic voice that represents our love for all things bike-related!

Editorial Guidelines

At Speedway, we take great care in providing high-quality content for our readers. To ensure that the articles we publish meet our editorial standards, we have developed a set of guidelines that writers must follow.

Firstly, all posts should be well-researched and informative. We triple-check everything we publish to provide our readers with valuable and accurate information about biking.

Additionally, posts should be engaging and easily readable, so we encourage the use of images and bullet points to break up text. As we focus on promoting sustainable and eco-friendly practices in biking, our content should reflect this by highlighting their benefits. Through these guidelines, we strive to deliver excellent content that keeps readers informed and engaged in the world of biking.

Plus, when it comes to our bike content editorial guidelines, we are pretty strict about not relying on any sort of artificial intelligence to write our articles. We firmly believe in good old-fashioned human creativity and insight, which is why all our content is crafted by talented writers with a real passion for biking.

Secondly, plagiarism is an absolute no-go for us. We strive to produce unique and informative content that you will not find anywhere else online, so it is important that all our writers adhere to strict ethical standards and ensure their work is original. Ultimately, we want to provide you with the best possible advice, guides, and news on everything related to bikes, which means upholding high editorial standards across the board.
